Roadrunners Announce Schedule Change, Playoff Tickets on Sale

EDINBURG, Texas - The Edinburg Roadrunners have announced that they will close out their 2012 home schedule against the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings and that playoff tickets are now on sale.
The Roadrunners will host the WhiteWings at Edinburg Baseball Stadium for three straight games starting Wednesday night and then close out their home schedule Sunday evening. Weekday games are scheduled to start at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday's game is slated to start at 6:05 p.m.
Edinburg will host a playoff game on Wednesday September 5 against the WhiteWings. Tickets are now available and can be purchased at the Edinburg front office or by visiting www.etix.com.
The Roadrunners currently hold a three and a half game lead over the WhiteWings for first place in the United League standings. Whichever team finishes in front in the United League standings will host the third game, if necessary, on Thursday, September 6.
