Riversharks Support Annual Stamp out Hunger Food Drive at Campbell's Field

The United Way, Bank of America, Bottom Dollar Food and The Riversharks step up to support the country's oldest and largest Food Drive with a launch at Campbell's Field this Friday May, 9th, 2014

WHAT: For the 22nd year, The National Letter Carriers of America will conduct their Annual Food Drive called Stamp Out Hunger, the oldest and largest single day Food Drive in the country. Last year, this food drive resulted in 258,000 lbs of food delivered to the Food Bank of South Jersey in one day. This year, The United Way, Bottom Dollar Food, Bank of America and the Riversharks joined forces with the Food Bank of South Jersey to purchase grocery bags for the food donations. All this week Letter Carriers have delivered empty grocery bags to homes throughout South Jersey and they will be picking up bags filled with shelf stable food donations on Saturday May, 10th.
