
Riversharks Snap Losing Skid

Eddy Camacho pitched effectively into the seventh inning as the Riversharks snapped their four-game losing streak with a victory over the Lancaster Barnstormers by the final score of 4-1. Brian Stokes came on in the 9th to pick up his fifth save of the season.
Camacho (4-0) went 6.2 innings allowing just one run on nine hits while striking out two for the win.
Cesar Carrillo (2-5) took the loss surrendering three runs in 6.1 innings on five hits.
Brian Burgamy got the Riversharks on the board in the first inning launching his team-leading 9th home run, a two-run shot, to give Camden a 2-0 advantage.
Tommy Everidge cut the lead in half to 2-1 in the top of the 6th with a solo home run, his 13th of the season.
The Riversharks added an insurance run to make it 3-1 in the bottom of the 7th when Pedro Feliz scored from second base on Jon Huber's wild pitch.
Danny Richar extended the lead in the 8th inning when he launched a solo shot down the right field line.
The Barnstormers and Riversharks will play the second game of their three-game series tomorrow night as Matt Wright (1-5) will face off against Federico Baez (4-1).
