Rivermen Launch Volunteer Crew

On the heels of National Volunteer Week, the Peoria Rivermen wants to recognize and encourage volunteers who are committed to making a positive impact in Central Illinois with a free ticket to the first Sunday home game of the 2011-12 regular season.

All you need to do to claim your free upper bowl center ticket for this special evening is present the Rivermen Volunteer Crew form (DOWNLOAD HERE ) to your volunteer coordinator for validation, then mail or fax it to James Celkis at the Peoria Rivermen front office as indicated.

Additional, discounted tickets are available for purchase by simply filling out the specified portion of the form. All requests must be received by Monday, Oct. 3. Tickets will be available for pickup at the Peoria Civic Center Will Call window on the day of the game.

The American Hockey League will announce Peoria's schedule later this summer.
