Rivermen at IceHogs tonight

Peoria Rivermen News Release
The Peoria Rivermen will head to Rockford to battle IceHogs at 7:05 pm tonight in the final meeting this season between the two clubs.
Heading into tonight's action, the Rivermen carry a 3-2-1-1 record against the IceHogs after dropping a 3-2 decision. Martin St. Pierre scored twice in the first period, followed by Jake Dowell in the second to spell the end for Marek Schwarz in the Peoria goal, as he gave way to Chris Beckford-Tseu (16 saves). Nicholas Drazenovic and Charles Linglet helped the Rivermen rally within a goal but the tying marker proved to be elusive for the club.
Peoria has done well against the IceHogs this season, playing the second-place club in the West Division tight in each meeting. Five of the seven previous meetings this season have been decided by a single goal, with the exceptions being Rockford's 4-2 win on December 29 and Peoria's 6-1 downing of the IceHogs at the MetroCentre back on January 23, a game that featured a pair of shorthanded goals from Peoria in a five-goal second period to turn the tide of the game.
Hannu Toivonen was assigned to the team from the St. Louis Blues earlier this week and is expected to get the nod in net for the Rivermen tonight. He will likely face off against highly-touted Blackhawks prospect Corey Crawford, who recorded his first NHL win and first NHL shutout in the same game on March 5 in Chicago against the Anaheim Ducks.
The game will be available via www.rivermen.net and the B2 Networks audio and video feeds of the game. The audio broadcast is available free of charge while the video feed is just $6 per game, with all the comforts of a real broadcast including your choice of announcers, replays, and more!
Tonight's Rivermen Pre-Game Show kicks off at 6:35 pm with Tom Callahan on your Home for Rivermen Hockey, 96.5 ESPN Radio.
