
RiverKings Sign Goaltender Sheehan

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced today that the team has signed goaltender Garrett Sheehan. Terms and conditions were not released.
Sheehan, 26, played the last five seasons at the University of Toronto where he accumulated a 22-27-0 record and a 3.12 goals against average and a 90.3 save percentage. The 6-foot, 180-pound native of Cremona, Alberta was in training camp with the Knoxville Ice Bears this season.
Sheehan will join the team for tonight's game in Louisiana.
The RiverKings return to Concorde Career College Ice at the Landers Center on Sunday, December 27 at 3:05 p.m. for the team's first Pay What You Can Night. All seats start at a minimum $2 anywhere in the building and can be purchased by calling 662-342-1755.
