RiverKings Announce Successful Face off Field Trip

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings hosted their second successful Face Off Field Trip game of the season on Planters Bank Ice at Landers Center, welcoming more than 4,000 students, teachers, and parents from across the Mid-South.

Face Off Field Trip is not only a fun and educational experience for students but also a significant fundraiser for the school participating in the fundraising program. Fundraising participants from the February 6, 2018, game include:

Gosnell School

Coldwater Attendance

Lowerance Elementary

Power Center Academy

Aspire East Academy

Brighton Middle School

Marion Elementary School

Lewisburg Middle School

DeSoto Central High Schoo

Hernando Middle School

Center Hill Elementary

Area schools raised a combined total of $3,882. Participating DeSoto County Schools earned $618 benefiting the DeSoto County Superintendent's Youth Leadership Council. Combined with their total of $4,683 from the previous December's Face Off Field Trip, the SYLC program earned $5,301 from events this season.
