ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The RiverDogs and Asheville Tourists had their Monday night contest from McCormick Field postponed due to rain. The two teams will play a pair of 7-inning contests in a Tuesday double-header starting at 5:05 p.m.

With the playing surface deemed unplayable, the RiverDogs will play their seventh double-header this season, looking to bounce back from a series opening loss in 11 innings on Sunday evening in Asheville. Prior to Monday night's slate of games, the RiverDogs and Tourists were each tied for the Southern Division lead with 3-1 starts in the second-half.

Tuesday's twin bill can be tuned into on "The Big Talker" WTMA 1250 AM in progress starting at 7 p.m. and streaming live at riverdogs.com and the RiverDogs' TuneIn radio station from the start at 5 p.m.

RiverDogs single-game tickets, including options to the Riley Park Club, are now available for the 2018 campaign, the club's 25th season as the RiverDogs and their "175th season in dog years." Ticket information can be secured by contacting the box office at (843) 577-DOGS (3647) or online at www.riverdogs.com/tickets.
