April 23, 2018 - South Atlantic League (SAL1)
Charleston RiverDogs News Release
CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Charleston RiverDogs' homestand opener against Columbia was postponed on Monday evening due to inclement weather. The RiverDogs and Fireflies will make up the contest on Tuesday evening with a doubleheader starting at 6:05 p.m.
All tickets for Monday night's contest can be redeemed for any other RiverDogs home game pending availability (excludes July 4). Tuesday's doubleheader will be a pair of scheduled seven-inning contests.
After the night's postponement, the four-game series will instead open Tuesday night at Riley Park beginning at 6:05 p.m. It's the second Live & Local Tuesday presented by 105.5 The Bridge this season. Fans can purchase specialty restaurant pop-up tickets for Pub Fare at Murray's Mezzanine and there will be a local farmers' market and live music featuring local educator and City Paper contributor KJ Kearney as the celebrity guest PA announcer.
The game will be broadcast on 1250 WTMA in the tri-county area starting at 7 p.m. with online streaming audio also available worldwide on riverdogs.com and through the RiverDogs TuneIn radio app starting at 6 p.m.
RiverDogs single-game tickets, including options to the Riley Park Club, are now available for the 2018 campaign, the club's 25th season as the RiverDogs and their "175th season in dog years." Ticket information can be secured by contacting the box office at (843) 577-DOGS (3647) or online at www.riverdogs.com/tickets.
