
RiverDogs announce rescheduled contests

Richmond RiverDogs News Release
RICHMOND, VA-The Richmond RiverDogs, proud members of the United Hockey League, announce that the three postponed games in early November have been rescheduled. The road games versus Roanoke Valley on November 4th and 5th have been rescheduled for Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at 7:00 pm and on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at 7:00 pm. The November 9th home game against Adirondack has been moved to Tuesday, April 4, 2006 with game-time set at 7:05. All tickets dated November 9th can be used for the April 4th contest.
The RiverDogs will conclude their six game home-stand beginning this Friday, December 9, 2005 night when the team plays host to the Elmira Jackals at 7:35pm. Saturday, December 10, 2005, when the RiverDogs play the Fort Wayne Komets at 7:35 pm, it is Teddy Bear Toss Night. Fans are encouraged to bring a new teddy bear to the game and when the RiverDogs score their first goal they can toss the bears onto the ice. All bears collected will be distributed to Children's Hospitals throughout Richmond. The homestand concludes with a 4:05 pm contest against the Elmira Jackals. It will also be Richmond Times-Dispatch Family 4 Night. For $44, families of four can get 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 sodas and a whole lot more.
