Riders Add Defensive Back Julius Faulk

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American defensive back Julius Faulk.
Faulk (6'1-205) attended rookie camp with the Cleveland Browns following the 2022 NFL Draft. He played two collegiate seasons (2019-21) at Delta State University, seeing action in 21 games. The former Statesman tallied 68 total tackles, five tackles for loss, 10 interceptions, 29 pass knockdowns, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. He led the Gulf South Conference and NCAA Division II with a career high nine interceptions in 2019 en route to earning First-Team All-GSC honours. The Mississippi native also earned Second-Team All-GSC in 2021.
Prior to that, Faulk spent two collegiate seasons (2017-18) at Southwest Mississippi State, where he spent time as a receiver and defensive back.
