The IceCaps displayed their never-say-die attitude in a come-from- behind win at Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton, N.Y. Down 3-0 after 40 minutes, the IceCaps got goals from John Albert, Carl Klingberg and Chase Balisy and an eventual shootout winner from Kyle MacKinnon for their fifth win in a row and seventh straight game with at least a point. Connor Hellebuyck was brilliant once again, stopping 42-of-45 shots and all six shooters in the shootout. Balisy and Albert finished the game with a goal and an assist each.

The IceCaps had their five-game winning streak snapped in a setback to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The IceCaps entered the game with points in their previous seven games. The game's lone goal came on the powerplay at the 3:59 mark of the third period as Jean- Sebastien Dea's wrister from the point beat a screened Connor Hellebuyck in the IceCaps cage.

The IceCaps were shut out by the Hershey Bears Sunday at the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The IceCaps outshot the Bears 33-21 but could not beat Hershey netminder Philipp Grubauer. Stanislav Galiev scored the game's lone goal, on the powerplay, 37 seconds into the third period. The Bears forward collected a loose puck at the blueline and fired a wrist shot over the shoulder of IceCaps netminder Peter Budaj, who was making his first start in 10 games.
