ROCHESTER, NY - The Rochester Rhino continue to build as they welcome two new players to the roster for this Saturday's game. Sofiane Tergou and Michele Guilavogui join the team on the attacking end as they take on Charlotte Independence this weekend at Rhinos Stadium.
Tergou, who started his soccer career in Bitche, France as a 2010 graduate of Lycee Teyssier led Lycee Teyssier to the France University Championship as the top scorer. He went on to play at Southern New Hampshire University where he made the 2015 NSCAA All-America Teams for NCAA Division II teams.
Tergou is a creative midfielder who has a keen eye for a pass that will be an asset to the Rhinos offense. He has also won indoor championships with the Baltimore Blast.
Michele Guilavogui is also a new addition to the Rhinos roster. Guilavogui started his career in Guinea, but most recently played in Cape Verde similar to Rhinos forward Steevan Dos Santos. Michele is a quick and dynamic left footed attacker who excels in one on one situations.
