The Greensboro Revolution is proud to announce the signing of two new Wide Recievers, DeMeco Archangel and Antoine Calloway. Both players have played against Coach Saunders at the college and the AF2 level.
"I am finally glad I get to coach these Local players instead of being on the opposite side of the field. These two athletes make plays and are a great asset to an already talented team." Saunders stated after practice on Wednesday.
Calloway a 6'4 225lb Wide Receiver Played at NC Central University then continued his football career with the Greensboro Prowlers. At both the college level and the AF2 level he played against Coach Saunders. I am very pleased to be able to play here in my backyard of Greensboro going to school at NC Central University in Durham and I now live in Charlotte. It feels good to be home." Said Calloway at JP Looney's after practice.
Archangel is 5'8 175 Wide Receiver that played with Fayetteville State and also the Prowlers. "I have missed football being in this area and glad to be part of the Revolution inaugural season."
The Greensboro Revolution takes the US Staffing field this Saturday April 8, 2006 at 7:30. The first 1000 Fans will receive Greensboro Frisbees.
