
Repcik Selected for Slovakian Team at Division 1 World U18 Championship

SYDNEY - Cape Breton Eagles forward Peter Repcik will represent Slovakia at the upcoming IIHF Division 1, Group A World Under 18 Championship. The event will take place in Repcik's home country, in Piestany, from April 11th to 17th. Following the tournament Repcik will return to Cape Breton to finish the season with the Eagles.
Repcik represented Slovakia at the 2021 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, placing third in team scoring collecting eight points in five games. After playing the first half of the 2021-22 season with the WHL's Lethbridge Hurricanes, Repcik has notched eight points in 22 contests with the Eagles.
Repcik's final game with the Eagles before leaving to Slovakia is Tuesday, April 5th at 7 PM against the Halifax Mooseheads.
