The win improves the Aces to a record of 37-43 on the season, 10.5 games back of first place Fresno Grizzlies.

Puello leads the team this season with four outfield assists, his last coming on May 25th in Salt Lake when he recorded two. After tonight's game, Reno has a total of eleven outfield assists on the season.

Mr. DH: Yasmany Tomas went 2-for-4 last night with 4 RBI and a 3-run double. This season, Tomas is 26-for-80 (.325) with 14 runs scored, 3 home runs and 18 RBI when starting as the DH.

Rehab For Pollock: According to Steve Gilbert, A.J. Pollock is scheduled to play center field for Triple-A Reno on tonight when in Tacoma, marking his first taste of a professional game since suffering an avulsion fracture in his left thumb on May 14 while diving for a ball in the outfield. Pollock was in the midst of an All-Star-caliber season when he got hurt, hitting .293/.349/.620, and he hopes that he is able to be activated sooner rather than later. Last season, Pollock played seven games with the Aces on rehab assignment. He went 5-for-18 with six runs, 2 doubles and 13 total bases.
