Aces Seeking Revenge: The Aces and Storm Chasers met last year in the PCL Champion-ship Series with Omaha securing their second straight title, winning the five-game set 3 games to 2. Reno lost game one 6-2 at Aces Ballpark before evening the series with a 4-2 win in game two. The Aces then grabbed the series lead with a 5-2 victory in game three, but ultimately dropped games four and five, 11-2 and 4-0. In game five, Aaron Brooks - tonight's starter - threw a complete-game shutout.

Dorn Feasting: It's becoming somewhat of a surprise when Reno first baseman Danny Dorn records an out at the plate. The left-handed-hitting 30-year-old notched three more hits Tuesday in a 3-for-4 effort, raising his average to a whopping .532 (33-for-62). Dorn now has 14 multi-hit games in 17 games (15 starts). At Aces Ballpark, Dorn is hitting a robust .611 (22-for-36) with nine multi-hit games in each of his nine starts there.
