LAST GAME:.....The Pats last action was this past Saturday night when they dropped a 6-3 decision to the Vancouver Giants......the loss snapped a modest two game winning streak for the Pats.....Rick Rypien had a pair for Regina (10 & 11) while Jordan McGillivray had his 7th......
PATS VERSUS ROCKETS:.......Tonight is the one and only meeting of the season for the Pats and Rockets......over the past five seasons these teams have split their series down the middle going 4-4-3.....each team has a slight edge in the other team's building with the Rockets holding a 3-2-1 record in the Agridome over the past five years....it has been over a year since these team' s last met with the Rockets and Pats sawing off a 2-2 tie on November 27th of 2002..........
PAT CHAT......Tonight is the first game of the second half of the season (game #37) for the Pats....the Pats will be without goaltender Josh Harding until at least January 9th as he has earned a spot on the Canadian World Junior team heading to Finland for the World Junior Hockey Championships beginning December 26th........Harding is the first Pat goaltender to represent Canada in the World Junior's.........
