FRESNO, CA - The Fresno Grizzlies unveiled a redesigned version of their online home at FresnoGrizzlies.com on Thursday at 12:00pm PST. The new-look website is the result of a partnership between Minor League Baseball and Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM).

MLBAM is not only the organization that oversees all Major League team websites, but also coordinates the statistical database for Major and Minor League Baseball. As such, the ability to access Fresno Grizzlies baseball information, including statistics, transactions, and current rosters will be significantly improved on the new site.

"Beyond interacting with people directly at the ballpark and in the community, FresnoGrizzlies.com is the most efficient way to engage and inform our fans," said Grizzlies Executive Vice President & General Manager Andrew Stuebner. "Our new online home gives us the ability to ensure the Valley community is constantly up to date with the happenings at Chukchansi Park all summer long."

Perhaps the most improved feature of the new website will be the Grizzlies Team Store, giving fans access to every piece of team merchandise available at Chukchansi Park. Fan favorites such as the FGtv video archive, Parker's Pics, the Grizzlies promotional schedule, and nightly game recaps will remain staples.

The new FresnoGrizzlies.com is also now part of a larger network of websites, which will make navigating from the Grizzlies home page to those of other teams and leagues around the world of baseball seamless and effortless.

The Fresno Grizzlies open the 2009 campaign on Thursday, April 9th when they welcome the Portland Beavers to downtown Fresno. Single-game tickets for the 2009 season will go on sale on Monday, March 16th at 9:00am.
