Red Wings Mascot Spikes to Rappel Down First Federal Plaza

ROCHESTER, NY - Red Wings mascot Spikes will rappel 21 stories (309 feet) from the roof of First Federal Plaza in downtown Rochester today at 4:00 p.m., jump starting the "21 Stories for Scouts" fundraiser event that benefits urban scouting programs. Seneca Waterways Council, which serves 20,000 children in Monroe, Ontario, Yates, Seneca, and Wayne Counties, is holding the event.
