
Red Bulls Head North to Battle CF Montreal on Saturday Night at Stade Saputo

The New York Red Bulls (1-2-5, 8 pts.) head up North to battle CF Montreal (1-6-0, 3 pts.) on Saturday, April 22 at Stade Saputo. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and New York Red Bulls Radio in English via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app, and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
Coverage on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in English and Spanish begins at 7:30 p.m. ET. Blake Price will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Greg Sutton on the English side, Moises Linares will have the play-by-play responsibilities alongside Jaime Macias on the Spanish broadcast, while Frederic Lord will have play-by-play responsibilities alongside Vincent Destouches on the French broadcast. New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 7 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley.
This will be the 25th overall regular season meeting between New York and Montreal, with New York holding the advantage in the overall series with a 13-9-2 record. The Red Bulls have won three of the last five outings against Montreal, including the last time out in a 1-0 win for the Red Bulls at Stade Saputo on August 31, 2022. This was the first time New York has won in Montreal since 2012. Midfielder Lewis Morgan scored the game-winning goal in that match.
Midfielder Omir Fernandez scored his first goal of the season on Saturday, April 15 against Houston Dynamo FC at Red Bull Arena. Fernandez has tallied 10 MLS career goals and has record five at Red Bull Arena. The Bronx, N.Y. native has one career goal against CF Montreal.
Following Saturday's match, New York face off against Chicago Fire FC at Soldier Field on Saturday, August 29. Kickoff is set for 8:30 pm.
