
Red Bulls Finish Road Trip with Saturday Night Matchup against Atlanta United FC

The New York Red Bulls (1-1-3, 6 pts.) finish their two match road trip in Atlanta, when they face off against Atlanta United FC (3-1-1, 10 pts.) on Saturday, April 1 . Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and New York Red Bulls Radio in English via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app, and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
Coverage on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in English and Spanish begins at 7:30 p.m. ET. Keith Costigan will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Maurice Edu on the English side, while Pablo Ramirez will have the play-by-play responsibilities alongside Carlos Ruiz on the Spanish broadcast. New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 7 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley.
This will be the 13th regular season meeting between New York and Atlanta, with the Red Bulls holding the series advantage with an 8-0-4 mark. The Red Bulls have recorded a 3-0-2 record at Mercedes-Benz Stadium against Atlanta United FC. The last time out in Atlanta, midfielder Lewis Morgan and defender John Tolkin both scored in a 2-1 victory over Atlanta in August 2022.
The Red Bulls are currently on a four-match unbeaten streak, which began with a 0-0 draw against Nashville SC on March 4. This is New York's longest unbeaten streak since August 2022, which ran from August 17 to August 31. In their last six matches against Atlanta United FC, New York have only allowed two goals and have scored seven.
Midfielder Cristian Casseres, Jr. has made five career appearances against Atlanta United FC, where he has tallied three career assists. In the last match against Atlanta, Casseres, Jr. recorded his first career multi-assist match in MLS, after he tallied assists on both goals. The Venezuelan midfielder has recorded seven assists in his last 10 MLS regular season matches.
Following Saturday's match, New York will return home to Red Bull Arena for a two-match homestand, beginning with San Jose Earthquakes on April 8. Kickoff is set for 7:30 pm.
