
Red Bulls Battle New England Revolution on Saturday Night at Gillette Stadium

HARRISON, N.J. -The New York Red Bulls (2-1-1, 7 pts.) will battle New England Revolution (1-2-1, 4 pts.) on Saturday, April 2 at Gillette Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET with coverage on MSG, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
Coverage on MSG begins at 7 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Steve Cangialosi will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing.
New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley. Stefano Fusaro will carry the Spanish play-by-play responsibilities, beginning at 7 p.m. ET.
This will be the 80th overall MLS regular season meeting between New York and New England, with the Revolution holding the advantage in the regular season series with a 34-28-17 mark. The Red Bulls started off their season with back-to-back road wins for the first time in franchise history and will be looking to win their first three road matches of the season for the first time ever. New England have accumulated four points in four games this season and are coming off a 3-1 defeat to Charlotte FC on March 19.
Through the first four matches of the season, New York midfielder Frankie Amaya is currently tied for the first place in assists (3) and tackles won (14) in MLS. The Santa Ana, California native registered his first career MLS assist against New England Revolution last season and since then has set a new career-high in assists this season. Amaya will participate in his fourth career match against New England this weekend.
Following Saturday's match, New York will embark on a two-match homestand, beginning with CF Montreal on Saturday, April 9. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. ET on MSG, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
