South Carolina Stingrays News Release
North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays, ECHL affiliate of the Washington Capitals of the NHL and the Hershey Bears of the AHL, announced today that the 15th anniversary season of hockey in the Low Country will begin tomorrow when training camp officially gets underway.
There is no workout scheduled on Friday, October 5 as the evening is reserved for meetings. On Saturday, October 6, the team takes the baseball field with the Charleston Miracle League at 9 a.m. for the second year in a row. Like last year, the entire team will be out to interact with the children on and off the baseball field to help promote social skills, hand-eye coordination and self-esteem play.

After Sunday, all practices will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Carolina Ice Palace.
