It's time for another Rawhide homestand! The team is back in town for a full week, and as always, there's plenty going on!
The High Desert Mavericks (Seattle Mariners affiliates) arrive for 3 games, beginning on Tuesday, July 8th at 7:00. It'll be a Two-Fer Tuesday, presented by Chevron-Texaco; Pick up a 2-for-1 voucher at local participating Chevron/Texaco stations, bring it to the ticket window at the ballpark, buy 1 ticket, and get the 2nd free in select areas (subject to availability)!
Wednesday, July 9th will be another Weenie Wednesday; get your $1 hot dogs while supplies last! First pitch comes at 7:00. It'll also be Daddy/Daughter Date Night; packages are available at the box office and include a photo on the field!
The party continues on Thursday, July 10th with Thursty Thursday! As usual, Coors and Miller Lite drafts will be just $1 from 6-8 PM; first pitch is at 7:00! Our theme this Thursday will be "90s Night", and we'll have 90's-style pricing...Grandstand seats will be just $5! And to add to the fun, we'll have WowBalls on the grass parking area behind the South (Giddings St.) Gate (see attached photo)...you can ride in a WowBall and get a Pasture game ticket for just $8!
Friday, July 11th is a 7:00 start, and another Fun-Filled Friday...kick off the weekend right, as the Rawhide welcome the Inland Empire 66ers (LA Angels affiliates) for their only visit to Visalia this season. We're very excited to host a fundraiser benefiting the St. Baldrick's Foundation, a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers. Fans can volunteer to have their heads shaved and buy raffle to tickets to support the Foundation, and to show support for children who often lose their hair during treatment.
Saturday, July 12th promises an All-American Saturday, so bring those boot mugs for half-priced beer and soda. Remember, military members get half-priced tickets by showing their military ID! First pitch will be at 7:00.
It'll be time for a Family Fun Sunday on July 13th; after the 6:00 game, all Carl's Jr. Kids Club members can run the bases!
Finally, the homestand wraps up on Monday, July 14th with a water-filled bang! It's the annual Water Wars at Rawhide Ballpark; after the 1:00 game, Carl's Jr. Kids Club members will be able to participate in a water balloon and squirt-gun fight on the field!
