
Rattler Steve Mascorro to Participate in Drug Free Splash Day

PHOENIX - Rattler offensive/defensive lineman Steve Mascorro will join Drug Free Arizona and CBS 5 to encourage parents and children to make the pledge to stay drug-free this summer at "Drug Free Splash Day" on August 8 at WaterWorld.
The fun-filled educational event, which goes from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., will also include special appearances by Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas, CBS 5 Morning Show co-anchor Nicole Crites, as well as activities for kids and information for parents. Mascorro will be on hand to meet participants and sign autographs at 11:00 a.m.
Those interested in pledging can do so by visiting the CBS 5 website, www.khpo.com. Each pledge signed by a parent or guardian will get one child free admission into the park.
