The Rapids' training field is located on the east side of Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Media Parking for training sessions is Lot AA.

RAPIDS NOTES:

LaBrocca's Debut: Nick LaBrocca became the third player to make his professional debut this year with the Rapids in an MLS game. He started and played 66 minutes against Chivas USA. Previously, LaBrocca had a goal and an assist in three games with the Rapids Reserves. He is the first rookie to start a game this season, last year head coach Fernando Clavijo gave four players the first starts of their careers.

Mastroeni in Media: Rapids captain Pablo Mastroeni is soon to be seen outside the lines of the soccer field. During the preseason he and Jimmy Conrad traveled to New York to film an appearance on "Emeril Live." The Food Network show with the two MLS stars will air on July 2 at 6 p.m. MT. Mastroeni was also selected by Hispanic Magazine as one of its "50 Best Latino Athletes" for 2007.

Women's Soccer Celebration: The Colorado Rapids are going to host a W-League game and soccer clinic before their home game on June 23. The game will feature the Fort Collins Force and the Mile High Edge and will kick off at 3:15 p.m. on the stadium field at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Following that game is a 5:15pm clinic with members of both teams. Tickets for both this match and the Rapids' game vs. FC Dallas, which kicks off at 7 p.m., start at $15 and tickets for both games and the clinic start at $35. Mike Petke, Guest Director: Rapids defender Mike Petke made his directorial debut with a :30 second commercial spot that will air for the first time ever during Saturday's home game vs. FC Dallas, both in-stadium and on Altitude. The Rapids allowed Petke to serve as a special guest director for a Rapids thematic spot. The Rapids defender directed the storyboarding, production, filming, and editing of the commercial, which focuses on Pablo Mastroeni and his passion for the game of soccer, over a several-week span. Fans will also be able to view the spot online at www.ColoradoRapids.com.

Reserve Updates: The Colorado Rapids Reserves have moved their game against the New York Red Bulls Reserves. The game will now be played on July 8 following the first team game as a part of a double header. The Reserve team will also travel to St. Louis on August 12 to take on Southern Illinois University in an exhibition match.

Rapids 4th Fest: Don't miss the biggest & best fireworks show in the state, moving to its new location at Dick's Sporting Goods Park! It's the Colorado Rapids vs. the Columbus Crew match at 7:30 p.m. followed by the biggest, longest, and most explosive fireworks show in Colorado! Guadalajara vs. Pachuca in SuperLiga: The Colorado Rapids and Dick's Sporting Goods Park have announced that they will host the SuperLiga Group B game between Mexican powerhouses CD Guadalajara and Pachuca. The "Tuzos" and Chivas will battle on July 31 at 8 p.m. at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in the tournament with a $1 million dollar prize going to the champions. Pachuca, the current Mexican first division and CONMEBOL's Sudamericana Cup champions, most recently defeated Guadalajara for the title of the CONCACAF Champions Cup in penalties.
