Fargo Force News Release

The Fargo Force are proud to announce forward Carter Randklev has committed to Niagara University. The Moorhead, MN native has skated for the Fargo Force for the past two plus seasons, after a very successful high school career with his hometown Spuds (2016-2018).

In his senior season at MHS (2017-18), Randklev was an assistant captain, and helped lead his team to the state championship game. The Spuds ultimately fell to Grand Rapids, despite Randklev tallying one goal and one assist in the game and six points (4g, 2a) in the tournament overall.

Following the state tournament, he skated the remainder of the USHL season with the Force, offsetting his high school tournament loss by becoming a Clark Cup Champion. In the 2017-18 USHL Clark Cup Playoffs, he suited up for seven games tallying three goals and two assists.

Last season (2018-19), Carter played in 21 games, totaling 11 points (3g, 8a) before suffering a season ending knee injury. This season, Randklev overcame his injury and has suited up for 39 games with the Force thus far, dividing his 14 earned points among eight goals and six assists.
