FARGO, ND - The Fargo Force are excited to host the 6th Annual Force Fall Showcase at Scheels Arena this week from Friday October 3rd through Sunday, October 6th.

The Force Fall Showcase has grown into one of the top youth hockey tournaments in the country, displaying top level talent from 64 different teams located all throughout North America. It is comprised of 4 different age levels (14U, 150, 16U & 18U-Prep) and teams will compete on 15 different ice surfaces throughout the Fargo/Moorhead area over this 3-day event. Ice surfaces the teams will play on include Scheels Arena, Farmers Union, Cornerstone Bank Arena, Fargo Parks Sports Center (2), Veterans Memorial Arena (2), West Fargo Sports Center (2), Cullen Hockey Center (3), Moorhead Sports Center (3).

"This has grown into a huge event for our community and the Fargo Force organization," commented Fargo Force President Jon Kram. "It brings in thousands of people from all over the country including players, coaches, families, scouts and more. We are proud to play host to some of the top young talent in the country and look forward to continue growing this event in the years to come."

Teams are guaranteed to play 4 games throughout the weekend. The games on Saturday, October 4th conclude prior to 6pm so players, coaches and families can attend the Fargo Force game that night.

The Force Fall Showcase began in the Fall of 2020, its origin and growth have been spearheaded by Fargo Force General Manager, Cary Eades."We've seen interest in our Showcase continue to grow - we are at a point where it almost sells itself", said Eades. The facilities and atmosphere we have for hockey in the area make it appealing for teams to travel long distances to compete against one another. Getting to witness a USHL game at Scheels Arena - one of the best rinks in Junior hockey in the world is an added bonus."

The Fargo Force look to build on their 2-0 start as they take on the Sioux City Musketeers this Saturday, October 4th at 6:05PM. There are limited tickets remaining, to purchase yours visit www.fargoforce.com/tickets.
