San Antonio Rampage News Release
SAN ANTONIO (September 19, 2012) - The San Antonio Rampage today announced the cancellation of the National Hockey League preseason game between the Florida Panthers and the Dallas Stars scheduled for Sept. 28 at the AT&T Center. The cancellation of this game was necessary because of the absence of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NHL Players' Association and the NHL.
"We are disappointed for our fans that we will not be able to host an NHL game between the Florida Panthers and the Dallas Stars this season," said Ryan Snider, director of business operations for the Rampage. "We will continue talks this season with the Panthers to try and bring an NHL preseason game to San Antonio in the future."
