"We enjoy the atmosphere and proximity of the fans by playing on Field Two and look forward to duplicating the same environment and result we had last time on this field."

The Hampton Roads Piranhas enter the contest after defeating the West Virginia Illusion 2-1 last June 21st and are looking to keep their positive momentum going. They are led by former FIFA All-Star and Nigierian International Mercy Akide Udoh who has tallied three goals for the team and by their player-coach Wendy Kotwas Waddell who has already recorded two assists this season.
The RailHawks men continue their home-stand on Tuesday, July 1st in the third round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup as they host the Kansas City Wizards of the MLS at WakeMed Soccer Park at 7:30 PM. The RailHawks Women return to WakeMed Soccer Park on Wednesday July 3rd when the Railhawks host the second doubleheader of the season.
