Carolina hosts Portland on FSC USL Breakaway at 4:00 pm, game at 8:00 pm ET RailHawks and Timbers play for only the third time Portland and Carolina will meet for just the third time Friday night on Fox Soccer Channel at 8:00 pm ET when the RailHawks play host to the Timbers. Prior to the match, fans can catch Episode One of USL Breakaway at 4:00 pm ET. [+]
US Open Cup Round Two Results USL-2 Cleveland knocks off Minnesota 2-0 in OT Charleston edged Charlotte in battle of Carolina clubs (Vin Duffy) The Cleveland City Stars are the lone USL Second Division club to down a USL First Division side on the night to move onto the Third Round of the US Open Cup with a 2-0 overtime victory against Minnesota. Charleston edged Charlotte 3-2, Carolina nipped Real Maryland 1-0 and Rochester blanked Pittsburgh 3-0. Penalties played a pivotal role on the night. [+]
