Quakes To Hold "Quakestock" on Saturday, August 15th

Rancho Cucamonga, CA- In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the "Greatest Music Festival Ever," the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes will be holding a "Quakestock" Celebration on Saturday, August 15th at the Epicenter.

First pitch for Saturday night's game against the Lake Elsinore Storm will be at 7:05 PM, with gates opening at 6:05 PM. Fans are encouraged to dress in the spirit of 1969. So break out your tie-dye tee shirts and enjoy a fun night of peace, love and baseball.

Pre-Game festivities for "Quakestock" begin outside the Main Gate at 5:30 PM as the band Timepeace will be rocking the classics. A "Love" bus display will be on the promenade as well. Fans will be able to express themselves by painting the "Love" bus or using chalk on the sidewalks.

In-Game festivities include a "Best Hippie" contest, video snippets from Woodstock, and feature music from the original event.

Fans who can bring a picture of their personal attendance at Woodstock or a ticket stub from the event will be admitted free to the game and receive special on-field recognition. Fans who were also a Woodstock "love child" and born in May of 1970 will be admitted free as well.

Fans will be able to enjoy a "Psychedelic" post-game fireworks show presented by Pyro Spectaculars by Souza.
