SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES HEAD COACH LUCHI GONZALEZ
On the team's performance:
"I think it's a tough sensation when you did a lot of good things. I'm happy with that aspect. The last action, getting the shot off, connecting the cross with the runner. Did we have the right last speed, the last . The killer instinct to put it away. We were lacking that, we didn't get on the scoresheet."
On resetting ahead of Tigres:
"We'll rest now and we'll be ready to rebuild and see what happens Wednesday. No matter what it's not impossible to qualify. We still believe."
On the team working to finish chances:
"Video is going to help, this is an opportunity to just show a lot of the buildup, the defensive shapes, it's a video analysis moment of look at the volume, hey it's positive, what can we do to get on the end of these. One of our biggest values in development. Ownership, ownership too. We accept htat we need toh ave stronger actions and more belief in the box."
