Hillsboro, OR - Several fun promotion nights highlight the Hillsboro Hops (@HillsboroHops) home schedule for the remainder of the 2016 regular season as the Hops make a push for the playoffs.
The Hops are home this Friday, August 12th for LAIKA Night and a 7:05pm game vs Vancouver. LAIKA is the handcrafted animation studio based in Hillsboro that has produced such movies as "Coraline", "The Boxtrolls" and the upcoming movie "Kubo and the Two Strings".
Other upcoming promotion nights at Hops home games include: Barley Bobblehead Night for the first 2,000 fans (Monday, August 15th); Youth Sports Weekend (August 20 & 21); Craft Beer Night featuring craft beer from 11 breweries (Tuesday, August 23rd); Back to School Night with the first 1,000 fans in attendance receiving a McDonald's lunch box; and Fan Appreciation Weekend will take place during the last homestand of the regular season (September 3rd- 5th). Fans can take in a post-game fireworks spectacular on September 5th (Labor Day).
Kids can run the bases after each Saturday and Sunday home game. First pitch for weekday home games is 7:05 p.m. Saturday home games start at 5:03 p.m. and Sunday home games start at 1:05 p.m.
