Principal Park Hosts Summer Fest

Des Moines, IA - Principal Park will host Summer Fest Friday, August 27 from 5 p.m.-midnight and Saturday, August 28 from 4 p.m.-midnight. Cover is $5 per day and kids 13 and under get in free.

The two-day event will be in the Principal Park parking lot and features $4 - 16 oz beer, outdoor games, live music and free parking. The band lineup is:

Friday, August 27 5 p.m.-midnight

Saturday, August 28 4 p.m.-midnight DeCoy 5-6:30 p.m.

Katch 22 4-6 p.m. Gimikk 6:30-8 p.m.

Heath Alan Band 6-8 p.m. Sonny Humbucker Band 8-10 p.m.

17 Candle 8-10 p.m. Toaster 10-midnight

Faculty Lounge 10-midnight

Tickets can be purchased at time of entry.
