Pride Unveil New Program for Unused Tickets

January 28, 2004 - ECHL (ECHL)
Myrtle Beach Thunderboltz News Release

FLORENCE, SC – The Florence Pride, proud members of the ECHL, announced today a new program for season-ticket holders who are unable to use all of their season tickets.

Season-ticket holders who know ahead-of-time that they will not be able attend a particular game, can donate the tickets to charity. In order to donate the tickets to charity, season-ticket holders can drop the tickets off at the Pride Booster Club Table on the concourse during games, or in the Pride office during normal business hours. Phyllis Morris, a Pride season-ticket holder, came up with this idea.

"This is a great way to allow people who may not otherwise be able to attend Pride games the opportunity to see a hockey game," Pride Senior Vice President Jack Capuano, Jr. said. "Hopefully, our season-ticket holders who know that they will be unable to attend a game will take advantage of this great program and open up Pride hockey to new fans. The Pride organization would like to thank Phyllis Morris for coming up with such a great idea."

The Pride return home on Saturday, hosting the Greenville Grrrowl on Church Night. Following the game, local recording artists N'Accord will perform a post-game concert. Groups of 10 or more can purchase discounted tickets, starting at the low price of just $7 each, which includes both the game and the concert. For more information, or to place your order, call the Pride office at (843) 669-7825.

Individual tickets for all remaining Pride home games are available at the Florence Civic Center Box Office, or through TicketMaster at (843) 679-9333 or www.ticketmaster.com.
