Preview - Bees Travel to York to Open Series with Revolution

Series: The Bees and Revolution played a four-game series to open the 2016 season, with the Revolution winning three of four. Each of the four games were decided by two runs or less.

The Bees: The first half of the Bees' tour through Pennsylvania brought the team to Lancaster, where they earned a split of Sunday's doubleheader while dropping two of three overall in the series.

The Opposition: The Revolution currently sit atop the Freedom Division at 11-7, with the team winning eight of its last ten games played (including six straight at one point).

New Britain- RHP Cole Johnson (2-1, 0.47) | York- LHP Kelvin De La Cruz (2-1, 2.25)

Key to the Game- Support system: In two of Cole Johnson's three starts on the season, he has received one run of support from the Bees' offense. While Johnson has pitched spectacularly so far (0.47 ERA), he could benefit from receiving several runs of support to prevent him from throwing too many stressful pitches.
