Orlando Predators News Release

ORLANDO - The Orlando Predators continued to shape its roster for the 2012 season as wide receiver TT Toliver (6'0, 175, Bethune-Cookman), linebacker Marlon Moye-Moore (6'2, 250, Maryland) and offensive lineman Thaddeus Coleman (6'8, 325, Mississippi Valley State) opted to re-sign with the team on Friday.

The Preds also added linebacker Nekos Brown (6'2, 255, Virginia Tech) and wide receiver/defensive back Greg Ligon (5'9, 175, Delaware State) to close out the first week of the Arena Football League's free agent period.

"It's a never-ending process," Preds coach Bret Munsey said at week's end. "We'll be patient and continue to put our team together over the next few months with the right guys that I feel can help us win a championship."

Toliver led all Orlando receivers in yards per catch (12.6) in 2011 and finished with 121 receptions for 1,525 yards and 32 touchdowns. He enters his 11th year in the AFL and fifth season with the Predators.

"It always feels good to be going back to the team you want to continue playing for," Toliver said. "I want to finish out this chapter of my career by winning a championship. That's what I promised the fans when I got here."

A fan-favorite in Orlando, Toliver knows all too well how much a title would mean to the city.

"They're passionate about the game of football, and as a player you want to return that favor for the kids and the fans that come out to support you every week," he said.

Toliver started 16 games last season for the Preds, finishing with seven 100-yard receiving games. He's already looking forward to working with the new coaching staff in Orlando, led by Munsey.

"He's already won an ArenaBowl championship and he's a coach that's willing to push you and motivate you to get better day after day," Toliver said.

Moye-Moore can certainly attest to that. He enters his eighth season with the Predators after being named to the All-Ironman Team and All-Arena Second Team in 2011.

"Coach Munsey is the one that originally brought me to Orlando in the first place, back when he was coaching with Jay Gruden," Moye-Moore said. "It's good for me to be in the same place all these years because I've gotten to know the fans, and have had a chance to become friends with many of them."

Moye-Moore, an All-Ironman selection in 2008, started every game for the Preds at "Jack" linebacker this past season. He finished third on the team in tackles (73) and No. 7 in the AFL in interceptions (7), while also forcing two fumbles and scoring five total touchdowns (4 rushing).

For Coleman, the decision to return to the Predators for a second-consecutive season essentially came down to the final minute.

"It was a tough decision between Orlando and another team, but I started something with the Predators and I like to stick things out and see them through," Coleman said. "I just felt Orlando was the right fit for me."

Coleman held blocks along the offensive line last season for one of the most explosive offenses in the league as the Preds ranked near the top in yards per game (319.2) and points scored per game (55.6).

He spent his first AFL season with the Chicago Rush in 2010 and has made numerous stops around the NFL, CFL and UFL over the course of his career.

Brown enters his second season in the AFL after recording seven sacks and four forced fumbles on the defensive line in 2011 for the Tulsa Talons. Ligon enters his first year in the league.
