
Potomac Recieves LHP Joe Testa from Matt Caps Trade

Potomac Nationals News Release
The Washington Organization has announced that LHP Joe Testa has been assigned to Potomac. Testa was acquired yesterday in a trade that sent Washington reliever Matt Capps to Minnesota. Also please note LHP Cory VanAllan is back from the temporarily inactive list while OF Mike Burgess has been placed on the temporarily inactive list.
