Potomac Nationals 2016 Game Notes vs. Frederick Keys

After getting shut out twice in last night's doubleheader, the Potomac Nationals (30-30) sit at .500 for the first time since mid-April. Sunday afternoon, they host the Frederick Keys (31-31) in the final game of a five-game series. The elimination number for both squads is one in the first half.

For Potomac, RHP Luis Reyes (3-5, 5.09) is set to take the hill in his second start of the season vs. the Keys. Reyes walked seven but allowed only two runs over five innings on May 7th in a no-decision at home vs. Frederick. The Keys will counter with LHP Trevor Belicek (0-2, 11.32). The lefty allowed six earned runs over 3.2 innings in a loss at Nymeo Field vs. the P-Nats on June 1st.

First pitch of the series finale at Pfitzner Stadium is set for 1:05pm in Woodbridbe, VA.
