Pirates & IceCaps to Battle for Eimskip Port-To-Port Challenge Cup

Portland, Me. - The Portland Pirates in conjunction with the St. John's IceCaps and Eimskip announced today the inaugural Eimskip Port-to-Port Challenge Cup between the Atlantic Division rivals. The Pirates and IceCaps will battle for the cup over the remainder of their nine regular season matchups.
Eimskip, who will be the title sponsor of the Port-to-Port Challenge Cup, is an international shipping company operating fortnightly vessel service between Portland and Newfoundland.
The Port-to-Port Challenge begins this week with the Pirates on the road in St. John's for three games. They will face off Wednesday, January 14 at 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 16 at 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, January 17 at 6:00 p.m. The schedule for the Eimskip Port-To-Port Challenge Cup can be found below:
