Rock River Raptors News Release

For the second time this season, Rock River Raptor (3-2) kicker, Dillon Pieffer has been awarded the Special Teams Player of the Week after the Raptors victory over the Peoria Rough Riders (0-4) last weekend.

Pieffer connected on an amazing 10 for 10 Point After Touchdown (PAT's) attempts. Pieffer did not have an opportunity on a field goal during the night. His 100% completion for PAT's places him third in the league with scoring by a kick with 43 points on the season and second in PAT percentage with 84.6%, just behind Omaha's Ted Retzlaff's 95%.

The Raptors host Retzlaff and the Omaha Beef (2-3) this Saturday at 7:30 pm CST.
