Pie and Dickerson selected to the All-Star Futures Game

(Jackson, TN) June 23rd- West Tenn Diamond Jaxx OF Felix Pie and manager Bobby Dickerson have been selected to the World squad for the 7th annual All-Star Futures Game, to be held on Sunday, July 10th at Comerica Park in Detroit as part of Major League Baseball's All-Star Week.

Pie has appeared in fifty-nine games with the Diamond Jaxx. The twenty year old native of La Romana, Domincan Republic is currently hitting .304 with eleven home runs and twenty-five RBI's. Pie has also stolen thirteen bases this season.

Dickerson is in his fourth year as the manager of the Diamond Jaxx and seventh in his professional baseball career. He has won two league championships and has led his team into post-saeson in five of his seven years, including the first half championship won by the Diamond Jaxx this season. This will be Dickerson's second consecutive appearance as a coach in the All-Star Futures Game. Last season, Dickerson helped coach the USA squad.

The XM Satellite Radio All-Star Futures Game will be a seven-inning game between some of the best Major League prospects from the United States and from various countries throughout the world.
