Philadelphia Union to Honor Military Heroes July 20th

Chester, Pa. - Philadelphia Union announced today that the club will honor local military heroes on the field at PPL Park on Saturday, July 20th before the match against the Portland Timbers. Local companies and organizations can also team up with the Union to donate tickets to the troops and their families through the Tickets for Troops promotion.

The Union are offering a special ticket package that consists of 15 of our best Sideline tickets for only $600. All donations of 15 or more tickets will be matched by the Union and donated on behalf of you, your company or your organization to the Veterans Tickets Foundation.

Fans interested in donating less than 15 tickets are encouraged to visit www.philadelphiaunion.com/promo and use promo code TROOPS13 to purchase individual Corner or Sideline tickets that will be donated to active members of the military, veterans and their families.

Companies or individuals choosing to donate 15 or more tickets will also receive the following benefits:

- Video board recognition as a supporter of the Tickets for Troops program

- Two complimentary tickets to the July 20 game

- Two invitations to participate in an on-field tribute with military members during the national anthem

Each military member will also be given a Union scarf upon arrival. Military members with valid IDs will also receive a $5 discount for tickets purchased at the box office.
