Philadelphia Union II News Release

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Philadelphia Union have loaned Matt Jones to Bethlehem Steel FC ahead of today's match against FC Montreal. The game will kick off at 4 p.m. at Lehigh University's Goodman Stadium and will be televised on Service Electric TV2.

Jones, 30, joined the Philadelphia Union on Feb. 9, 2016 via loan from Portugal's CF Belenenses. Should Jones be selected for the game against FC Montreal, it will be the first match minutes he earns this season.

Sunday's match will be a special one for Bethlehem Steel FC, who played FC Montreal in their first ever match on March 25, 2016 in which they won 1-0 with a goal from Fabian Herbers.

A limited amount of tickets for match are still available online and can also be purchased by calling 844-STEELFC.
