Petes Victorious in Second Annual Plaid Night

(Peterborough, ON) - Pavel Gogolev scored 38 seconds into overtime to give the Peterborough a 3-2 win over the rival Oshawa Generals on Thursday night.

Chris Paquette (8) and Nick Isaacson (7) scored in regulation for the Petes.

Winnipeg Jets prospect Declan Chisholm assisted on all three Peterborough goals, while Liam Kirk and Semyon Der-Arguchintsev each recorded single assists.

Hunter Jones stopped 19 of 21 shots.

The Petes head down the 401 to visit the Kingston Frontenacs at 7:00pm on Friday, November 2. They're back at home on Tuesday, November 6 at 7:05pm to host the Kitchener Rangers. Tickets are available at the PMC Collins Barrow Box Office in-person, online, or over the phone at (705) 743-3561.

Specialty plaid jerseys worn during the game are now available for purchase via online auction in support of United Way Peterborough & District. Bidding begins to close at 7:00pm ET on Friday, November 16.
