Petes to Wrap up First Half of Season with Two Home Games

(Peterborough, ON) - The Peterborough Petes will wrap up the first half of their season with a pair of home games taking place on Thursday, December 13 at 7:05pm against the Flint Firebirds and Sunday, December 16 at 2:05pm against the Ottawa 67's.

Thursday's game marks Flint's only visit of the season to the Peterborough Memorial Centre. Former Pete C.J. Clarke will make his second appearance in Peterborough after being traded to the 3-27-2-0 Firebirds during the 2016-17 season.

Sunday is Service Clubs Day when the Petes will recognize local volunteer organizations. Fans will have the opportunity to meet Santa Claus before the game and during intermissions. The game, which is sponsored by Russelle Toyota, will be followed by a Skate with the Petes which is free for all fans with game tickets.

A second intermission chuck-a-puck will support the Peterborough Tyke Selects. Fans who purchase pucks will have the chance to win an autographed game used Petes hockey stick, an art piece autographed by Jake Gardiner, and two tickets to an upcoming Petes game.

The Petes will play their final road game before the holidays against the Guelph Storm on Friday, December 14 at 7:30pm.
