Petes to Recognize First Responders at Rare Tuesday Game

(Peterborough, ON) - The Peterborough Petes are proud to be recognizing local first responders when the Kingston Frontenacs visit the Peterborough Memorial Centre for the first time this season on Tuesday, November 5 at 7:05pm.

During the game, the Petes will pay tribute to the many first responders who make our community a safe and vibrant place to live, work, and play with a pre-game ceremony and other game night elements designed to honour our local heroes. Fans will get the chance to interact with service vehicles outside the main entrance of the arena including EMS, police, and fire service vehicles (subject to change).

The Peewee Keene Wolverines will host a second intermission chuck-a-puck. Prizes up for grabs include two NHL tickets to see the Montreal Canadiens host the Ottawa Senators on November 20, a $100 Riley's Pub gift card, and a hat and puck autographed by Frontenacs standout Shane Wright.

Operation Christmas Child will be distributing shoeboxes for their annual campaign in the north lobby of the arena.
