
Petes to Host Steelheads in Battle for Playoff Position on Thursday

(Peterborough, ON) - The Petes will host the Mississauga Steelheads at the Peterborough Memorial Centre on Thursday, February 15 at 7:05pm for Community Care Peterborough Night.
Fans in attendance can support Community Care Peterborough through a second intermission chuck-a-puck and will have the chance to win a team-signed Petes jersey. Funds raised will be directed to Community Care's Meals on Wheels program, transportation services, and personal distress alarms.
Every fan at the game will receive a coupon to receive $2 off a sub, chip and drink combo purchase at Firehouse Subs.
The national anthem will be performed by the Kawartha Montessori School.
On the ice, Thursday's matchup is a crucial one. The Steelheads currently occupy the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, six points ahead of the Petes.
